What information should I include in my refund email?βΎ
Please include: (1) your booking reference number, (2) full passenger name as on the ticket, (3) departure date and route, (4) reason for cancellation. The more detail you provide, the faster we can process your request.
I booked through a third-party airline β can you still help?βΎ
If you booked directly with the airline through our search, the refund must be requested with that airline. Email us anyway and we'll guide you through the right process and advocate on your behalf where possible.
My flight was cancelled by the airline. What do I do?βΎ
You are entitled to a full refund regardless of ticket type when the airline cancels. Email operations@tripservices.com with your booking reference and we'll process this as a priority within 24 hours. No fees apply.
Can I get travel credit instead of a cash refund?βΎ
Yes! Fly2Budget travel credit (valid 12 months) can be issued instead of a cash refund. Credits are often processed faster and can be used toward any future booking on our platform. Just mention it in your email.
I haven't received my refund after 10 business days. What now?βΎ
First, check with your bank as some institutions take longer to post refunds. If it's been 10+ business days since approval, email operations@tripservices.com with subject "Refund Follow-Up" and your reference number. We'll escalate with our payment processor within 48 hours.
